1. CareFirst provided by OLM Systems.

2. The contract is on a rolling annual support and maintenance basis and is subject to a regular corporate risk assessment.

3. This information is not held and is therefore exempt under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002; the system was purchased in 1998 prior to the Statute of Limitations on retaining financial information. The support and maintenance costs for 2013/14 were £50,895.68.
