FOI Request - Exposed Tree Roots

1.  The number of complaints registered or recorded  by you in connection with concerns about the exposed tree roots from 1 October 2011 until the rectification as  part of the Moray Flood Alleviation Scheme.

2.  The numbers of accidents recorded and reported to you from 1 October 2011 until 20 October 2012.

3.  The numbers of accidents recorded or reported to you from 20 October 2011 until the rectification of the exposed tree roots as part of the Moray Flood         Alleviation Scheme.

4.  The numbers of inspections of the footpath from 1 October 2011 until 20 October 2012 recorded.

5.  Please advise of the outcome of any such recommendations?  In particular, did they recommend any repairs or remedial action? If so, what and when did they recommend these?

6.  The details of faults, defects and complaints recorded as a consequence of any such inspections as noted above.

7.  The date of repair works to remedy the exposed tree roots on the A96 at the above locus.

7.  The path was closed to the public on 5 March 2013 due to the construction of the flood alleviation scheme. The path and the roots were removed and a new path      built. The path re-opened 3 April 2014.
