1. A breakdown of the Document Records Management solutions used across the Council and the contract providers of the said solutions.

1. The Council utilise three Electronic Document and Records Management solutions for the operation of council services.
A Microsoft SharePoint
Licence fees of approximately £17,000 have been paid for the appropriate Microsoft server licensing with the desktop licences included in our Microsoft Enterprise Agreement.
The renewal date for this contract is June 2014.
B IDOX DMS provided by IDOX Software Limited
An annual maintenance fee is paid to the provider of a suite of products, 1 of which is document management, for front line services of Development Management, Trading Standards, Environmental Health, Planning & Development, Building Standards, Estates and Licensing. It is not possible to separately identify the document management element of this annual fee.
The renewal date for this contract is April 2015.
C Civica W2 provided by Civica
An annual maintenance fee is paid to the provider of a suite of products, 1 of which is document management, for the management and administration of its Council Tax, Non Domestic Rates and Benefits services. It is not possible to separately identify the document management element of this annual fee.
The renewal date for this contract is October 2017.
