1.  The counter fraud investigation management system provider is Civica Uk Ltd. The reporting and investigation of Health & Safety incidents is carried out in-house.

2.  The system was acquired in 2001 and is subject to an annual payment for system support.

3.  There is no term.  Support will be paid annually until the arrangement is terminated.

4.  The Council is required to give 6 months' notice should they wish terminate the current arrangement.

5.  Current annual support charge is £4,763.

6.  The system cost on acquisition was £15,000.

7.  2.4FTE staff are involved in counter fraud and investigation management.

H&S - Employees and managers are responsible for reporting incidents as they occur, 4 H&S staff are responsible for investigating these incidents and reporting them further where appropriate.
