1. How much open space land the council is responsible for?

2. The council’s position on the use of wild animals in circuses, especially performing, on council owned land, including:
a. The text of any motions passed; and
b. The date on which such motions were passed.

3. The council’s position on the use of domestic animals in circuses, especially performing, on council owned land, including:
a. The text of any motions passed; and
b. The date on which such motions were passed.
c. The last date on which any such policy was reviewed.
d. The next date on which any such policy is scheduled for review.

1.  210 Hectares.

2.  The Moray Council policy states that all circuses must belong to the Association of Circus Proprietors of Great Britain.  This is re-affirmed when fees and charges are set at Policy and Resources Committee (most recently 18th March 2014 and approved at Full Council Committee 2nd April 2014).
