1. Can you tell me in the last financial year of 2013/2014 how many council employees and elected councillors were the subject of legal action over their non-payment of council tax by the council?

2. Can you break down this total into whether they are a council employee or an elected member (councillor).

3. If they are a councillor can you please identify them and/or the political party they represent.

4. Can you also tell me how many councillors (if any) have had official reminders issued to them over the non-payment of council tax?

5. Can you also tell me how much this non-payment of council tax equated to and what year the non-payment related to.

6. Can you tell me out of this total how many had their wages reduced at employer source to go towards the non-payment?

7. How many were subject to internal (council) sanctions, and how many faced non-financial penalties (and what were they)?
