4. What the set up cost are?

Response 22-09-2014

1.  Care at home staff are monitored via a monitoring and scheduling system.  The main function of the system is not carer safety however it is a feature of the system.  Carers tag into and out of service user homes and if a carer misses a scheduled visit, the system produces an alert.  All carers have mobile phones and the coordinators will contact them if there is an alert.

2.  440

3.  24 Feb 2018

4.  The set up costs were incorporated into the original purchase of the system and it is not possible to separate out the costs of the lone worker aspects of the system, therefore the information is not held and is therefore exempt under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

5.  The recurring costs are incorporated into the original purchase agreement of the whole system and it is not possible to separate out the costs of the lone worker aspects of the system, therefore the information is not held and is therefore exempt under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
