1 a) For the last five financial years (2010/11, 2011/12, 2012/13, 2013/14 and 2014/15) the total budget allocated for hosting Bonfire Night-related events on or around 5th November.

1 b) Of the budgets mentioned in question 1 a), the amount of each budget that was allocated for buying fireworks for fireworks displays.

For questions 1 a) and b) please break this data down by year, so it is possible to see how much was allocated in each financial year.

2. For the five financial years in question 1, please provide a list of locations at which the council hosted Bonfire Night-related events

The Council has no budgets allocated for  hosting Bonfire Night related events for the Financial years 2010/11 to 2014/15 and has not hosted any Bonfire Night related events.

The Common Good Funds for Elgin and Forres have received funding applications from outside organisations hosting Bonfire Night related events and have made contributions towards the overall costs for those events.

The combined contributions from the Common Good Funds were:

2010/11 £2,339

2011/12 £2,316

2012/13 £2,342

2013/14 £2,528

2014/15 The contribution amounts will be determined after the events but are estimated at £2,580.
