4. Has your local authority had to refuse any eligible 2 year old a childcare place due to lack of available places?

5. Has your local authority had to build or acquire any additional properties to accommodate the space needed to accommodate places for eligible two year olds? If so, is any of this additional space in a school setting i.e. classroom space?
