FOI Request - Housing (Framework)

Request 101000319290

I would like to receive an up to date project directory and a list of sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants of all of the companies involved in the Housing (Framework). The Scheme to comprise 14/0030 Council New Build Housing Programme ¿ Phase 5. The Scottish Government's funding allocation to the Moray Affordable Housing Programme requires that a significant tranche of the 2015/2018 funding allocation is spent during 2015/2016. This means that the Council will be required to identify both ¿shovel ready¿ projects that can achieve site starts early in 2015 as well as projects that will start on site later in the programme. Where the development of proposals for sites are not at a sufficiently advanced stage to enable the submission of detailed design proposals and costings, the Council will consider land only submissions on the condition that future development contracts will be required to comply with detailed requirements set out in the ITT and that development costs are within benchmarks. The land purchase will be settled during the period 2015/2018, preferably during 2015/2016. Accordingly, the invitation to tender is for three lots with different programme requirements. Lot 1 will seek projects that can start on site early in 2015. Lot 2 will be seek projects that can be delivered between 2015/2018. Lot 3 will be for land acquisition only.I would like to receive an up to date project directory and a list of sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants of all of the companies involved in the Housing (Framework).
