The use of bed and breakfast as temporary accommodation within Moray is avoided where ever possible.  We do not have set units within bed and breakfast establishments.  We are currently in the process of reconfiguring our temporary accommodation stock.  This will increase the number of units to 159.

The Moray Council no longer has any private sector lease properties.

3.  We cannot provide this information broken down into single households and other households due to our recording mechanisms.  We are currently in the process of merging our information systems.  This would enable us to provide this breakdown more readily in the future.
