Carry out a road test and check performance and noise levels

Check noise levels

a)      Where a vehicle has been road tested but the tester knows more efficient operation is normally obtained for the type of vehicle

b)      Noise levels in excess of what the tester knows are normally obtained for the type of vehicle

Abnormal noises from the engine, transmission, drive shafts or bearings.
