The Lord-Lieutenant is the Queen’s representative in Moray. The current Lord-Lieutenant of Moray is Lieutenant Colonel Grenville Johnston OBE TD CA.Grenville Johnston Esq, Lord Lieutenant of Moray

Here is some history and a brief explanation of the role of the Lord- Lieutenant. The area of the Lieutenancy is equivalent to the county area which lies within the boundary of the Moray Council.
