What are Online Payments?

Welcome to the Moray Council’s Online Payments area.

Online Payments are the easy way to manage payment of the bills and invoices that you receive from the Council at a time which is convenient for you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

If you would like to make a payment online, all you need is a note of your bill’s account number or invoice’s reference number and a valid credit or debit card.

Cards we accept

We currently only accept payments made by the following cards:

  • Mastercard
  • Visa credit card
  • Visa Delta debit card
  • Visa Electron debit card
  • Lloyds TSB/Barclays debit card
  • Maestro debit card
  • SOLO debit card
