The Enrolment Process and Forms

A young person interested in signing up to start The Duke of Edinburgh's Award needs to enrol with the operating authority (The Moray Council)

As the award leader they will come to you to ask to join so here are the forms(Enrolment form (MS Word) / Publicity Consent form (PDF)letter to parents (MS Word) ) you need to ask them to fill in and return them to you. You can also sign-post them to our website on the participants page to download the forms for themselves.
http://www.moray.gov.uk/dofemoray If this is through a School, they can pay the school the amount (£20 for Bronze and Silver/ £27 for Gold)
and if this is another club or group they can make a cheque payable to "The Moray Council" and send the cheque along with the enrolment forms to:

Online payment method (for participants and DofE centres)
It is also possible to pay the enrolment fee online. Click here for The Moray Council online shop.
Participants still need to hand the enrolment form to their DofE leader, who will send this in to the DofE Moray staff at Lossiemouth Community Centre. We will cross-reference the form against the online form and send the DofE leader the participant welcome pack(s) and allocate an eDofE credit to the DofE centre.

DofE centres can also pay for their participants enrolment fees in a bulk payment through this online shop.
