• If the Moray Emergency Response Coordinator has not called back within 15 minutes, make contact with one of the other MERCs using the numbers provided below and explain the situation.
• Keep trying the contact numbers until contact is made (not just a voicemail left).
• It is important that SPS calls the duty Moray Emergency Response Coordinator and that the contact number is not passed to the caller.
