Agricultural Property

If an agricultural property becomes vacant, it may be exempt from Council Tax for an unlimited period.

To qualify, the property must:

be unoccupied and unfurnished
have been last occupied by an agricultural worker
be situated on and last occupied in conjunction with land used for agricultural purposes.
