Health and Safety Executive
The other authority which has responsibility for the enforcement of health and safety legislation is the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
The HSE is responsible for premises such as factories, distilleries, construction sites, farms and fairgrounds.
Concerns about workplaces enforced by the HSE can be reported to them using their online form or by phoning their Concerns Team (telephone 0300 003 1647).
