With respect to the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004, please could you provide any information Moray Council holds on:

1. Any private water supplies within 500m,
2. Any known contaminative land uses within 150m,
3. Any previous reporting pertaining to the site.
4. Any known pollution incidents at the site or in the surrounds.
5. Any records of fuel tank/ storage within 250m

There are no private water supplies within 500m of the site. We have noted that there are two named watercourses within 500m of the site:- Broad Burn and Burn of Rothes. There are two static water locations within 500m:- 0.047ha 327818E, 849720N and 0.19ha 327363E, 849543N.
