1.  In your local authorities primary and secondary schools, the number of recorded instances where a school-owned digital device has been used to take inappropriate pictures.

2.  In your local authorities primary and secondary schools, the number of recorded instances where a school-owned digital device has been used to view inappropriate images.

1. & 2.  Any such incidents would be recorded in individual pupil files. We would have to search through every file. This task would cost the Council in excess of £600 of staff time. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (excessive cost), we are therefore unable to comply with this request.
