Under the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004, I require copies of specific operational, traffic management, and safety documents currently held by Moray Council regarding the Buckie Classic Car Show scheduled for 30 August 2026, and the active Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (TTRO) for High Street and Munro Place / Munro Way.

Please provide electronic copies of the active documentation submitted to the council by the event organizers or any third party acting on their behalf:

1. The active Traffic Management Plan (TMP) and any associated road/parking layout drawings for High Street and Munro Place.

2. The active Event Management Plan (EMP) and Site Layout Plans for Linzee Gordon Park.

3. All active Risk Assessments, including general public safety assessments and any protective security or counter-terrorism risk assessments associated with the event.
