Please provide an annual breakdown (by calendar year and named wind farm development) detailing:

1. Total Number of Noise Complaints Logged: The number of distinct noise complaints received relating to operational wind turbines.

2. Number of Complainants / Households: The number of unique households/receptors lodging complaints.

3. Complaint Characterisation: Breakdown of specific noise characteristics reported, where recorded (e.g., audible swish/beating, Amplitude Modulation (AM), low-frequency noise/humming, vibration/pressure sensations, tonality, or nighttime sleep disturbance).

4. Investigation Outcomes:

a) Number of complaints deemed "justified" vs. "not substantiated / compliant under planning conditions";
b) Number of formal acoustic monitoring investigations commissioned or undertaken;
c) Number of planning breach notices, abatement notices, or turbine operational curtailments/mitigations imposed.

Due to the low numbers involved, the exception under Regulation 10(5)(f) - Third party interests – is applicable, since individuals could be identified if details were released. Nonetheless, we can confirm that no breach of planning control has been identified, and, no planning breach notices, abatement notices, or turbine operational curtailments/mitigations have been imposed.
