1. The name and supplier of each system currently used for:

a) scheduling or rostering of care at home visits
b) electronic call monitoring or visit verification; (c) digital care planning or visit logging by care workers

2. For each system:

a) the contract start date
b) end date
c) and any extension options

3. The total amount paid to each supplier in each financial year from 2021/22 to 2025/26 inclusive, split into:

a) one-off (implementation/licence)
b) recurring (support/subscription) costs where your records allow

4. The procurement route used (for example open tender, G-Cloud call-off, or direct award), and the planned date of the next re-procurement.

5. Whether external (commissioned) care providers are required to use, or connect to, the council's system.
