1) The number of change of use applications received by Moray Council in each of the last 5 full calendar years (i.e, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025).

a) for the above, I would like a breakdown of the number of applications which were trying to change to usage from non-residential (i.e., Classes 1A, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11) to residential (i.e, Class 9 and sui generis flats/student accommodation), and vice versa.

b) the number of applications approved.

c) the number of applications rejected.

d) the number of applications still pending.

If possible, please break down all of the above by either council ward or postcode district.
