I am writing to request the following:

For each financial year from 2020-21 to the most recent financial year for which email is available, please provide:

1) The total budget allocated by the council to commissioned services delivered by third-sector, voluntary or charitable organisations where the primary service users are disabled or young people aged under 18.

2) The name of each third-sector organisation where the primary service users are disabled children or young people aged under 18.

3) The name of each third-sector organisation commissioned to deliver such a service, alongside a brief description of the service provided, which may include, but not limited to, short breaks; respite; personal assistance; befriending.
