1.1 The total number of Community Councils within the Council area.
1.2 Of these Community Councils:

a) the number that are currently active, and
b) the number that are currently inactive or non functioning.
Please provide this information in a simple table where possible.

2. Community Councillors – numbers and gender breakdown

2.1 The total number of Community Councillors currently recognised by the Council.
2.2 A breakdown of Community Councillors by Community Council, showing:

a) total number of Community Councillors per Community Council, and
b) gender breakdown (for example: male / female / other / not recorded), based on the data held by the Council.

If the Council does not hold gender data for any Community Councillors, please state this clearly.

3. Community Council elections – dates and results

3.1 The date(s) of the most recent Community Council elections for each Community Council.
3.2 For each Community Council, please provide:

a) the number of Community Councils in existence before the most recent election round, and
b) the number of Community Councils in existence after that election round.

3.3 For each Community Council, please provide:

a) the number of Community Councillors before the most recent election, and
b) the number of Community Councillors after the most recent election.
