Copies of any correspondence/permits between Moray Council, NatureScot and SEPA in relation to the removal of the collapsed section of the Garmouth Viaduct.

Details including any video footage of any drone flights Moray Council flew or contracted over the Garmouth Viaduct in the three years before 14th December 2025.
