1. I should be grateful if you would provide me with the following information for the periods between (i) 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2024; and (ii) 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2025:

a) the number of rent penalty notices issued by The Moray Council;
b) the number of prosecutions relating to landlord registration by The Moray Council under s 93 Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004; and
c) the number of disqualification orders made under s 93A Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004, following prosecutions by The Moray Council.
