I would like to request the following data relating to Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) issued to letting agents by your authority's housing enforcement and/or Trading Standards functions, for 2019, 2023, 2024 and 2025:

1. The number of FPNs issued to letting agents
2. The total value of FPNs issued to letting agents (£)
3. The number of FPNs issued to letting agents that year which, as of today, have not yet been fully paid
4. The total value of FPNs issued to letting agents that year which, as of today, have not yet been paid

In Scotland the letting agent register is managed by the Scottish Government through the letting agent register and enforcement would not be the responsibility of the Local Authority. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
