1. Could you provide any information you hold on non-traditional construction properties in your local authority — for example those built using prefabricated or in-situ methods such as concrete, steel, or timber, often under trade names like BISF, Orlit, Reema, Wates, Cornish, or Wimpey No Fines. Build type/system name, number of properties, and location at street or town level would all be helpful — Even partial records would be useful; however, full details including the street address would be preferable where available. If any relevant housing stock has since been transferred to a housing association or other body, I'd be grateful if you could point me toward the appropriate contact there as well.
