2. Commissioned or funded non-statutory services
Please identify every current third-sector, charitable or other non-statutory service which the Council commissions, funds or part-funds to provide support to neurodivergent children and young people aged under 18.
For each, please provide:

Please include jointly commissioned services where the Council contributes funding or commissioning responsibility.
3. Specialist neurodivergence expertise
For each service identified above, please state whether the Council records that the service has staff or practitioners with a specific specialist role, qualification or commissioned remit relating to autism, ADHD or neurodivergence.
I am not requesting staff names or personal information.
4. Sexual abuse, sexual violence and trauma
Please identify any service commissioned, funded or provided by the Council which is specifically able to support neurodivergent children or young people who have experienced sexual abuse, sexual assault, sexual violence or significant psychological trauma.
For each such service, please provide the service name, provider, eligibility criteria, referral route and age range.
5. Communication and inability to make a detailed verbal disclosure
For any service identified in response to question 4, please provide any recorded policy, guidance, service specification or commissioning requirement addressing support for children who, because of neurodivergence, communication differences or trauma, are unable or not yet ready to provide a detailed verbal account or disclosure of what has happened to them.
Please state if no such recorded provision is held.
6. Current waiting-list information
For each service identified under questions 1, 2 or 4, please provide the most recent centrally recorded:
a) number of children/young people waiting; and
b) average or median waiting time,
where such information is held.
7. Strategy and service planning
Please provide copies of, or links to, any current Council strategy, needs assessment, commissioning strategy, service specification or other recorded document specifically addressing provision for neurodivergent children and young people.
