Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would be grateful if you could provide the following information relating to the Council's street cleansing fleet and operations:

1. A list of all road sweepers owned or leased by the Council with a GVW of under 4 tonnes, including make and model.
a) For leased sweepers, the lease start and end dates (month and year only).

2. For owned sweepers:
a) Year purchased.
b) Planned replacement date or details of any fleet renewal programme.

3. Confirm whether street cleansing services are carried out in-house or by a contractor.
a) If contracted out, provide the name of the contractor.
