Please could you provide the following information in relation to your public library service:

1. Any current equality and inclusion policies for your public library service, or the sections of such policies that specifically address LGBTQ+ and/or gender variant library users.

2. Any documented services, programmes, or initiatives specifically aimed at LGBTQ+ or gender variant users in your public library service, whether delivered directly by the library service or by external organisations in collaboration with the library service, within the last five years.

3. Any records of staff training on gender identity and/or trans awareness for public library staff, within the last five years.

4. Any aggregated and anonymised equality monitoring data collected at point of library use, to the extent that this can be provided without disclosing personal data.

3. Not applicable - no records held. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

4. Not held. Equality monitoring data of this nature is not gathered from library users. Exempt under S.17 FOISA,
