For years 2021-22 to 2025-26:

1. The total number of working days lost among teaching staff due to sickness absence recorded with reasons of stress, anxiety, depression, or burnout.

2. The number of individual teachers who have taken sickness absence for these reasons in each year (if held).

If the council records absences under broader categories (e.g. “mental health” or “work-related stress”), please use those categories instead.
