I am requesting the following information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

For each of the financial years 2021/22, 2022/23, 2023/24, 2024/25 and 2025/26, please provide:

1. The total amount spent by the council on external consultants and consultancy services.

2. The number of consultancy contracts awarded in each year.

3. If possible, the details of the five highest-value consultancy contracts in each year.
