1. How much does it cost Moray Council to hire and provide 1x Portaloo and 1x Industrial Waste Bin to a Travellers encampment per day?

The daily rate for Portaloo hire is £3.57 (£25 per week) with a minimum 2 week hire period, and delivery and collection charge of £35 each way.

There is no charge for the provision or servicing of bins provided to traveller encampments.
