Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, please provide the following information. For the purposes of this request, a "void property" means a council-owned residential property that is vacant between tenancies and is intended to be re-let.

1. The total number of void properties held by the council as at the date this request is answered.

2. The number of void properties returned to use during:

a) 2023/24
b) 2024/25
c) 2025/26

3. The average time taken to return a void property to use during each of the above periods.

4. The total amount spent on repairs and maintenance to return void properties to use during each of the above periods.

5. Does the council have a dedicated team responsible for returning void properties to use? If yes, please state when it was established.
