For each school session (August to June) from 2021-22 to 2025-26, please provide, for the council's schools:

1. the number of recorded incidents of physical violence or assault by pupils against school staff, split into primary, secondary and special schools (and early learning and childcare settings, if recorded separately);

2. the number of recorded incidents of verbal abuse or threats by pupils against school staff, split in the same way;

3. the number of injuries to school staff caused by pupil violence that the council reported to the Health and Safety Executive under RIDDOR;

4. the number of working days lost to staff absence recorded as resulting from an assault or violent incident at work in a school;

5. the name of the system the council uses to record violent incidents in schools, and the current policy or guidance telling staff how to record them.
