Following the Scottish Parliament vote for a pause on planning permission being given to AI hyperscale data centres, those specifically above 50 mega watts (MW), please could you provide me with:

1. Any external correspondence with the local authority from or to the Scottish Government following the vote on AI hyperscale data centre applications regarding the plans for a pause and new national planning and spatial guidance.

2. Please include any correspondence from Scottish Government ministers and officials

3. Any internal correspondence or briefing notes following the vote in the Scottish Parliament on September 16 relating to AI hyperscale data centres
