a) Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) adaptations;
b) home adaptations for disabled or older people;
c) accessible / adapted bathroom, wetroom, or level-access shower installations (or equivalent).

2. Standard bathroom and kitchen programmes (where held)
Where held as a distinct list, framework, DPS, or contract schedule, the names of organisations appointed for:

a) bathroom replacement / refurbishment programmes in social or LA housing stock;
b) kitchen replacement / refurbishment programmes in social or LA housing stock;
c) housing quality / decent homes-type programmes that include bathroom and/or kitchen works.

3. Framework / contract identifiers (if held)
For each organisation named in (1) or (2): the framework, DPS, schedule, or contract name/reference (if any), and the start and end dates (or "open-ended / rolling" if that is how it is recorded).
