1. Any pedestrian footfall counts or survey data recorded for Elgin High Street from 1 January 2020 to the present date (2026), including but not limited to:

a) Town centre "health check" survey results
b) Automated or manual pedestrian counter data
c) Any commercially procured footfall data (e.g. Springboard, Ipsos, or similar providers) covering this location and period

2. If footfall data is not held in the specific format requested, please advise what related data or reports the Council does hold covering this period and location, and provide that instead.

3. Please specify the methodology used for any footfall counts provided (e.g. manual spot-counts, automated sensors, mobile data aggregation) and the specific location(s) on the High Street where counts were taken.
