However, under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I would be grateful if you could provide a complete dataset dating back to 2018 to present for all business (non-residential) property rates for your local authority receiving New and Improved Relief, including the following fields (where possible):

a) Ratepayer
b) Property Address
c) Post Code
d) Assessor Reference Number
e) Rateable Value
f) Ratepayer Liability Start Date
g) New and Improved Relief
h) Relief Amount
