1. The number of complaints or reports received from members of the public alleging the sale of vaping products to a person under 18.

2. Of those, the number that resulted in a visit or test purchase at the premises concerned within 12 weeks of the report.

3. The number of full-time equivalent trading standards officers employed by the council as at 31 March in each year, and how many of those had duties including tobacco and vaping enforcement.

4. Whether the council has a written policy, target or minimum frequency governing how often premises selling vaping products are inspected. If it does, please provide a copy. If it does not, please confirm that.

5. The amount of Scottish Government grant funding received for tobacco and nicotine vapour product enforcement in each year.
