a) The current residential site licence, including all conditions

b) Any inspection reports and correspondence relating to the renewal of the licence

c) Details of any works or improvements Moray Council required the park owner to carry out to meet site-licence standards

d) Any Improvement Notices, compliance notices or enforcement action relating to the park.

e) Confirmation of whether any required works relating to roads, lighting, drainage or sewage were outstanding when the current licence was issued/renewed.
