I am asking for the council's street lighting asset inventory: the register of lighting columns and other lighting units for which Moray Council is the local roads authority. Please supply the current inventory as a data export containing, for each lighting unit, whichever of these three things the council holds:

1. The location, as easting and northing or as latitude and longitude. Please state which, and state the coordinate system used (for example OSGB36 / EPSG:27700, or WGS84 / EPSG:4326).

2. The asset type or unit type. I ask for this only so that lighting columns can be told apart from illuminated bollards, illuminated signs, beacons and feeder pillars, which are commonly held in the same register. Please do not filter these out for me. The type column is all I need.

3. The switching or control regime for each unit: whether it burns all night, is part-night, or is dimmed, and, where the council holds them, the actual switch-off and switch-on times. That is the whole request. I am not asking for wattage, lamp type, mounting height, asset references, street names or any other attribute, and there is no need to remove them if they happen to sit in the same export. I simply do not need them produced. On point 3, if the council does not hold a switching regime against individual assets but does operate a part-night or dimming policy, please instead supply:

a) the current policy document or committee report setting out the switch-off and switch-on times
b) a description of which roads or areas are covered by it, and which are excluded from it.
