I would like to request the following recorded information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 in relation to your organisation’s preparations for the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025, commonly known as Martyn’s Law.

Please provide the name or job title of the officer, department or team currently responsible for your organisation’s preparations for, and implementation of, the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 / Martyn’s Law.

2. Current plans and preparations
Please confirm whether your organisation currently holds any documented plan, action plan, implementation plan, risk assessment, internal report or other recorded document relating to preparations for the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 / Martyn’s Law.

If so, please provide copies of those documents, subject to any applicable exemptions.

3. Actions and timescales
Please provide details of any recorded actions, milestones or implementation dates that have been agreed in relation to preparing your organisation or its premises for the requirements of the Act.

4. Budget
Please confirm whether any budget, anticipated expenditure or financial provision has been identified or allocated for work associated with the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 / Martyn’s Law.
