Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I would like to request copies of any transport appraisal, transport assessment, transport modelling, transport evidence, accessibility assessment, or related transport planning work that has been undertaken to inform the emerging Local Development Plan (LDP).

This request includes, but is not limited to:

1. Strategic Transport Appraisals (STAG or equivalent);

2. Transport assessments undertaken for proposed development allocations;

3. Accessibility assessments;

4. Transport modelling outputs, assumptions, and supporting technical reports;

5. Traffic impact assessments;

6. Consultant reports, working papers, briefing notes, and presentations;

7. Draft versions of the above documents, where held;

8. Internal reports or evidence papers prepared by council officers;

9. Any transport evidence submitted to support site selection, settlement strategy development, or infrastructure planning within the emerging LDP process.
