Sheriff and JP Court - Elgin

With effect from 2.6.08 Moray District Court will close and will be replaced by a new court to be known as “Elgin JP Court”. Until work to create an additional courtroom within the existing Sheriff Court House has been completed, Elgin JP Court will sit in the same building as the old District Court. The JP Court will however be administered by the Scottish Court Service, and The Moray Council will have no involvement with the new court.

Enquiries and payment of any old District Court fines should be made to the above address.
