To fund necessary improvements to health, education, transport and sports & recreation infrastructure; to ensure that developers mitigate a negative impact of their developments on existing infrastructure

• Processing is necessary to comply with the data controller's legal obligations.
• Processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller (i.e. Moray Council).

Name, address, phone number, email address, billing details
