Processing of GIS data sharing agreements

Your information is being collected to use for the following purposes:

Dictated by OSMA Licensing Agreement: Licence Agreement is required to share GIS data with bodies & individuals outside the OSMA Agreement.

The legal basis/bases for collecting the information is:

• Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject (i.e. you) is party or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
• Processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller (i.e. Moray Council).

The consequences for witholding the required personal information would be:

We will not be able to obtain the necessary Licence nor would we be able to communicate with the necessary parties.

Your information will be shared with the following recipients or categories of recipient:

Ordinance Survey (can inspect in terms of the agreement with Ordinance Survey.)

The personal data being used for this process includes:

Name, address, phone number, email address, signatures
